Dates listed in the product description are the release dates in Korea for our suppliers. These are not meant to act as stock-by or ship-by dates! Once an item has been released in Korea, we must wait for our suppliers to ship it to us at our warehouse location. This can take up to 3-10 business days. Please note, orders containing one or more pre-orders are typically held until all items are released and available to ship together. 

Once the items are received, we then go through an inventory check to check for any external damages that may have occurred during transit. Please rest assured that should any issues arise, we will reach out promptly to those affected.

Please provide the name and email address used to place the order, so that we may locate any possible orders placed to the best of our ability. You may be asked to provide the shipping address should our representatives be unable to find the order based on the initial information provided.

Albums purchased both online and in-store count towards the Korean Hanteo and Circle charts. Our Hanteo family ID is located under each listing on our website. You can also find us on the official Hanteo website using this link: Hanteo Website. 

Album sales are also reported to Nielsen Soundscan to count towards Billboard charts. 

Due to certain shipping restrictions, we are currently only able to process a maximum of 5 posters per order/transaction. In the case you wish to purchase more than 5, separate orders will need to be placed. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Any and all sales will be communicated through our social media channels! Please keep an eye out for any announcements.

If your order contains an unfolded poster and was placed with USPS Media Mail, the poster will be shipped separately with a separate confirmation email and tracking number. If you ordered an album with an unfolded poster and only received one item, please wait 7-10 business days for the rest of your order to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you!

Should you wish to receive a poster with your album(s) during the pre-order period, please make sure to select the “+Unfolded Poster” option before adding the item to your cart! Posters are listed separately after the pre-order period has ended and must be individually added to your cart.

While we do our best to fulfill and ship our orders before concert dates, please be advised that we process orders on a first-order-first-serve basis. As such, please account for our regular processing timeframes and do not count weekends into your estimates as we work off of business days.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Additionally, please be aware that the estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are simply estimates and do not take into account our processing times or any pre-order delays.

Additionally, many carriers offer their services over business days. As such, services like “UPS 2nd Day Air” may take up to four regular days if placed over the weekend or through holidays. Shipment timeframes are also only relevant once the package has shipped.

Orders containing one or more pre-orders are typically held until all items are released and available to ship together. This means that even though the other items in your order are available, if you have a pre-order in the same purchase that will release later, the order will not be split and shipped separately. 

Pre-order items or items that have been released relatively recently are typically received 5-7 business days after the expected release date listed in the product description. Once we receive the shipment, we will then begin processing pre-orders on a first-order-first-serve basis. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will do our best to provide timely updates via email or telephone. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to have your orders shipped as soon as possible!

If any of the items in your order are marked with “[Pre-Order]” in the title, your entire order will be treated as a pre-order/recent release.

All orders that include pre-order items will begin processing once the item is available 5-7 business days after the expected release date listed in the product description should there be no unexpected delays. If you mistakenly placed an order with an incorrect address, please notify us immediately. We are unable to modify your order once the order has been processed/fulfilled. We do not take liability for orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses or absent residents at the time of delivery. If the package was incorrectly sent due to an incorrect shipping address or an absent resident, any action (e.g. refund, etc.) will only be processed after the original package has been received. 

We offer a variety of shipping methods through USPS and UPS postal carriers. Shipping methods provided at checkout differ based on the product type of item(s) being purchased. The estimated delivery times for each shipping method are as follows.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, brokerage fees, and/or customs duties and fees levied by the destination country and/or selected shipping courier. Any additional charges for customs clearance is the intended customer and/or receiver's responsibility.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing delivery issues! Unfortunately, as we only have access to the information available on the tracking page, we are unsure as to what may have occurred. Per our policy, we are not liable for order packages once they have been delivered and scanned as such via courier tracking. 

As couriers regularly accept and handle an extremely high volume of packages, it is common for a delivery person to keep packages if they do not fit in the mailbox/parcel locker or if there is no secure location for delivery. If there was no secure location, the package may be scheduled for redelivery 1-3 business days later. 

We highly recommend inquiring with your neighbors if the package was mistakenly delivered or if the package may have been left within their mailbox. If you did not receive the item and suspect mail theft, USPS advises contacting the Postal Inspection Service office at 1-877-876-2455 to file a report for mail theft issues or to file for claim if eligible.

Should you wish to open a case, please contact support@choicemusicla.com within 14 days of “delivery”. Please note that opening a case does not guarantee a replacement package nor does it guarantee financial reimbursement. This only submits a service inquiry through USPS in the case the package may be retrieved.

Please note that tracking information may take between 24 and 72 hours to first update, as the package will not be scanned in until it is picked up at our warehouse and processed at the courier facility. Once you receive a tracking number, please allow a few days for the package to be scanned by USPS and processed accordingly.

Packages travelling to island territories or out of the United States may take longer to update. If a package has been stuck in this status for an extended period of time, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will look into it! 

All product pages will have the item inclusions listed in the description. Any pre-order benefits are included in red text and are limited to only first press quantities or for orders placed during the pre-order period. 

Please note that some of the product graphics included may show inclusions that may not be included with items ordered through Choice Music or past pre-order periods. As such, please primarily refer to the listed text for reference of what to expect.

We only offer the “Unfolded Poster” option during the pre-order period of a release. Once the item has been released, the posters are listed separately and are no longer purchasable as a set with the corresponding album. These separate listings can be found by searching for the specific album you are looking for with our website search function with the word “poster”. 

Example: Search the phrase “CIX 0 OR 1 Poster” and there will be separate listings for each listing/poster concept photo.

Pre-order listings are items that have not been released yet. Please refer to the product description on the product page for the date the item(s) will be released in Korea.

Any orders containing items marked as “[Pre-Order]” will not ship out until all items have been released and received at our warehouse. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Release dates are not meant to act as Ship-by or Stock-by dates and merely serve as a reference point for when our suppliers receive the items in Korea. Once officially released, our suppliers in Korea will ship the items to our facilities in America. Generally, pre-orders are received at our facilities anywhere between 3-7 days after release.

Orders will only ship out once we have completed an inventory check to confirm the condition of the shipment received. Please note that due to customs delays, general transportation delays, and delivery speed, pre-orders may take up to several weeks to arrive at our facilities.

All pre-order benefits available from Choice Music will be listed in red in the product description. If the product description only lists the item inclusions and does not include any red text, only the album and its regular inclusions will be included in your order.

The products we carry are based on availability from our suppliers. Although an item may have been announced through official sources, we must confirm with our suppliers that we will be able to stock the items. If we are able to secure shipment, we will update our website immediately.

For albums and general merchandise, we usually restock items based on inventory and supplier availability. If the item has not been restocked after a certain period, it may be out of production at this time.

For limited items, concert-specific merchandise, magazines, or season’s greetings, we are unlikely to restock after the pre-order period or after the item sells out as these are limited releases, even in Korea.

On some rare occasions, we are able to secure additional stock or customers with existing pre-orders will cancel their items. Therefore, we highly recommend signing up for the "notify me" option on our website under the listing to let you know once the item is placed back into stock in real time.

So long as the order has not been shipped and is still in queue, an order can be canceled. Cancellation of an order can be done via the link provided in your confirmation email within 30 days. Otherwise, you can contact us with your 6-digit order number, and we will cancel the order for you. Once canceled, please allow 3-5 business days for a full refund to be issued to the account of the original payment method. 

Please note that once an order has been canceled, this action cannot be reversed. Therefore, if you canceled your order by mistake and you wish to receive the item(s) originally purchased, you will need to place a new order on our website.

If you mistakenly selected the "In-Store Pickup" option and you are unable to retrieve your items in our store (located in Los Angeles) we are happy to accommodate and ship the order to you!

Please contact our support team with your 6-digit order number and shipment request, and we will provide details on how to submit payment for shipping costs.

A full refund of the initial order will be issued and processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

If you have items in your current order that are out of stock or incredibly limited and you do not wish to risk the chance of losing the item(s), please place a completely new order for the additional items or contact our customer service team to see if anything can be done.

For in-store pickup orders, please allow 2–5 days for all purchased items to be processed, prepared, and placed on hold at our store in Los Angeles. Once your order is ready for pickup, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Photo ID, order number, and QR Code (included at the bottom of your pick-up email) will be required for your items to be released to you. Please be sure to have these items available upon pickup to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

If you find yourself unable to pick up your order within the 14 day limit due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the support team immediately and we will do our best to assist you! 

If we don’t receive any communication regarding a pickup extension by the 14 day limit, your order will unfortunately be canceled and refunded.

We strongly recommend waiting until you receive a pickup notification before heading over to the store. We cannot guarantee that the items in your order will be available at our store, as all orders placed online (even pickup orders) are stocked at our warehouse facility. To avoid potentially having to make multiple trips, please wait until you receive an email from us confirming that your order is ready for pickup.

Our store policy requires that the customer who originally placed the order pick it up directly to prevent the risk of order theft and fraud. However, if you are unable to pick up your order and wish for another authorized individual to pick it up on your behalf, you must indicate in the "Special Instructions for Seller" section on your cart page the first and last name of said individual as well as their contact number. 

If you have already placed the order, please contact us and provide the first and last name and contact number of the individual that will pick up the order on your behalf. You can submit your request for alternate pickup through the Contact Us form or through support@choicemusicla.com.

Please note that this individual will need to present a photo ID and verify the order details (order number, name on order, and address on order) for the purchase to be released.

If you find you are unable to pick up your order in store, we are happy to accommodate and ship the order to you! For online purchases, all items MUST be carefully packaged and returned in the same condition they were sent (unopened and sealed in original packaging). Once the item(s) have been received and inspected for damages, refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping costs. Items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. All return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For any item that is returned but has been used and/or opened from the original packaging, only a partial refund, excluding the original shipping costs, will be issued.

We do not process exchanges for online purchases that are shipped.

If USPS is unable to deliver a package as a result of an absent resident at the time of delivery, they typically take the package back to the local postal office and hold it for 14 days. If the package remains unclaimed during that time, it will be returned to the store. 

When an order is returned to the store, we will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping charges. Should you still wish to receive the purchased item(s), please reach out to us, and we will provide further details on accepting payment for reshipment. Please double-check that the shipping address is correct whenever you place an order.

Prior to sending out each item, we always do an external item and package check to make sure there are no external damages. Further, we go through several different protective measures such as bubble wrap, sturdy cardboard boxes, secure taping, etc. to ensure that orders arrive without damages. Unfortunately, damages during delivery are unforeseeable. We are not liable for any item/package damages incurred during transit, and we are not liable for order packages once they have been delivered and scanned as such.

Certain products are manufactured in a way where minor damages can be easily sustained to the item. Further, as these products are distributed from Korea, additional damages can be incurred as the shipment is delivered to our facilities. We will still do a quality check to send only what is deemed fit. However, we will not be liable for any minor scratches, bends, damages, etc to the external packaging.

If you encounter an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once contacted, we will open a claim. All claims must be responded to within 30 days. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the claim will be void. 

Please be prepared to provide the following:

• All items received within order (individual photos/damage)

• Packing slip (unfolded, corner to corner)

• Shipping label

• Box (Bottom, Top)

• Video of unboxing process

For any package with major external damages that was incurred during transit, all items received must remain unopened and sealed in the original packaging in order to file a claim. If the purchased item(s) have been open, we will not be able to proceed with your case.

Prior to sending out each package, all items are inspected to ensure there are no obvious external damages. 

Unfortunately, as products are pre-sealed, there is no way for us to inspect any possible internal issues. Missing/Duplicate photocards, polaroid pictures, bookmarks, etc. are considered manufacturer's defects as we do not package these products ourselves.  Although we are not liable for defects from the manufacturer, we will file a claim to our manufacturers on behalf of the customer for cases where item(s) are missing. Please note that the filing and the resolution of a case could take between 2-4 weeks and that filing a case does not guarantee a replacement for the item.

To file a claim:

In order for us to determine the validity of these claims, we ask all customers to please record themselves opening the entire package from start to finish. Please be sure to include the following in the unedited footage:

• Showing both sides of the box

• Tape on package being cut opened 

• Show Choice Music sticker on packaging to indicate package is from Choice Music

• Item(s) being removed, plastic seal(s) being opened

• Thorough inspection of the item(s) (album, DVD, season's greetings, etc.) in its entirety

This entire process should be filmed in one take and the footage should not be edited. If there is any ambiguity in the footage (edited, unclear, rushing, etc.), a claim will not be filed/accepted and we will not be able to assist you further.

Once it is found that an item was missing during this process, please email us at support@choicemusicla.com with your order number and video file and we will assist you accordingly. If you encounter an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

**Please note that some albums, usually older albums, may not include a photocard as it was only included in first press releases or due to the fact that the photocard is no longer printed for that respective album.

After confirming through your order details that you received the wrong item or version of an item, please contact us as soon as possible!

We sincerely apologize for the error and will gladly assist you however we can.

All claims must be responded to within 30 days. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the claim will be closed and voided.

When placing an order from Choice Music LA, only one credit/debit card may be used per order. We accept payments from most major credit card companies (VISA, American Express, DiscoverCard, and more). 

For express checkout, we offer Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. If you are placing the order on a mobile phone, we also have the option to pay with Apple Pay for express checkout.

We are actively working to fix an ongoing technical issue with our PayPal processor, and it will be removed temporarily until further notice. Rest assured, this is not a permanent issue, and we are working to implement the PayPal payment method within the near future. Please check back periodically for updates! 

The issue you are encountering is most likely due to an address/zip code mismatch between the billing information and your credit/debit card. Our payment processing system has a strict security and fraud protection policy that declines any transaction in which the information provided is not accurate or correct. Please double check that the billing information provided at checkout matches the information associated with the credit/debit card you are using for the transaction. 

If you are still experiencing difficulties with the checkout process, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you! Please note that our representatives may take up to 24-48 hours to respond.

Although a transaction has been declined/canceled, a charge may still appear in your account as it takes time for card issuers and banks to fully process and settle such transactions, even though payment was not taken on our end. Please allow 1-3 business days for any charges for declined transactions to be cleared from your account. If you still see a charge, please contact us and we will look further into the matter.

Our payment processor enforces strict security and fraud protection policies and will decline any payments in the event the billing information provided at checkout differs from the billing information registered with the credit/debit card being used at the time of the transaction. 

If there were any discrepancies at checkout, you may be seeing multiple transactions as a result of the declined transaction(s). Rest assured, these temporary holds typically reverse within 5-7 business days.

For all refunds that have been processed (partial refunds or canceled orders), please allow 3-5 business days for the purchase amount to be issued to the original form of payment.

International transactions may take up to 6 weeks to reverse. 

Please note that the reversal of funds is handled by the card issuer (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/etc) and not by Choice Music. If you are encountering issues, please contact us to verify that a refund has been processed before contacting your card issues/banking institution.

Although we do accept prepaid gift cards, if an order is canceled, it may take additional time for the refund to post back to the original payment method. We ask that you please allow 3-14 business days for any charges on your card to be reversed and cleared. If your card is not credited within the advised time, please contact us and we will verify all attempted transactions with our payment processor.

If a prepaid gift card is used at check out, we strongly advise that you hold onto the card until after you receive your package(s). If there are any issues with regards to your order the transaction will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Once refunded we are unable to reverse the transaction.  

Please note if the prepaid card has been lost or stolen, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the card issuer to try and resolve this issue.

To join, simply create a free Choice Music account using your email address, first name, and last name; this will automatically enroll you in ChoicePoints. If you already have an account with us, just sign in!

Our program is completely free to join.

There are many ways to earn points! For example: placing an order, sharing our products on social media, or following us on our social media will result in ChoicePoints. For a complete list of how to earn, please refer to the “ways to earn” section in the ChoicePoints rewards panel on the bottom right of the screen.

Please note that any discount codes generated cannot be combined with other discount codes and can only be used once.

Unfortunately, gift cards purchases or orders bought with Choice Music gift cards are excluded from ChoicePoints.

If you return an item, the points that you earned from that item will no longer be reflected in your account. 

Any discount codes used at the time of purchase will also be rendered inactive as discount codes are limited to one-time usage. Please contact us if you need another discount code redeemed for you to make up for the canceled order.

Our points system gives birthday points to existing members that have had accounts with us for at least 30 days. If you are a new customer, please contact our support and we will gladly help you.

Our Online and Local Store’s rewards systems are handled separately. ChoicePoints cannot be redeemed as In-Store points, and In-Store loyalty points cannot be redeemed online.

ChoicePoints reward system may be revised periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our business operations and practices.
