I. Shipment processing time

Our shipping department processes all orders on a first order first serve basis. All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be indefinite delays with shipment. Please allow additional days for orders to be shipped in the case of delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to have your orders shipped as soon as possible!

This processing time does NOT apply to orders that include pre-order items. All orders that include pre-order items will begin processing once the item is available 2-3 business days after the expected release date listed in the product description.

Please be advised that shipment processing times can be extended due to various factors (e.g. highly anticipated comebacks, multiple groups releasing new albums at the same time, heavy influxes of orders, shipment delays from Korea, etc.). 

NOTE: For any delays you are experiencing with your order, please double check that your order was NOT placed with "In-Store Pickup" as the shipping method!

II. Address Change

BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!

If you mistakenly placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately (preferably within 24 hours after the order was placed)! We are unable to modify your order once fulfillment has started.

III. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All orders are shipped via USPS (Media Mail, First Class, Priority Mail). Shipping methods differ based on product type. The estimated delivery times for each shipping method are as follows.

NOTE: Due to USPS restrictions, the shipping options provided at checkout are determined by product type and weight. Albums, DVDs, and books can be shipped by Media Mail and Priority Mail. Merchandise and apparel can be shipped by First Class (under 1lb.) and Priority Mail. Light sticks can only be shipped with Priority Mail.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please be advised that delivery times are independent of shipment times. The estimated delivery times provided above are not guaranteed time frames for delivery. Moreover, the estimated delivery times only apply AFTER an order has been shipped.

IN-STORE PICKUP – This option is provided ONLY for customers who wish to place an order on our website and pick up their order from our store located in Los Angeles. If you opt for “In-Store Pickup,” your order will be ready 2-3 days after the order has been placed. If your order includes any pre-order items, please wait 2-3 days after the expected release datelisted in the product description before coming to our Los Angeles store to receive your items.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION – This option is provided with the shipping methods listed above to address and reduce the risk of packages getting lost/stolen after delivery. Customers who select this option must be present to receive and provide signature authorization for the release of the package upon delivery. If no one is available at the residence at the time of delivery, the package will be taken back to the local postal office and held for pickup. 

POSTERS – All unfolded posters are shipped in hard carrier tubes via USPS First Class Mail (1-3 business days). For orders that include posters, the items will be delivered on different dates. If only part of your order has been delivered, please wait 5-7 business days for the rest of your order to arrive. If you have still not received it, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

III. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

*NOTE: Tracking for Media Mail orders shipped to Hawaii - Per informed by USPS, Media Mail is sent to Hawaii on ships that depart Richmond, California twice per week. Due to variable transportation schedules, Media Mail can sometimes exceed published service standards. Due to the variability of transportation, Media Mail packages may take up to three to four weeks to the island of Oahu and four to five weeks to the neighbor islands.If you reside in Hawaii and you placed an order with Media Mail, please note that the tracking status may not be updated for anywhere from 1-3 weeks as your package is still in transit on the courier ships.

IV. Delivery

Choice Music LA (www.choicemusicla.com) is not liable for any packages that have been delivered and scanned as such by USPS.

If you suspect that your package has either been lost/stolen after it was delivered, please contact your local post offices and see if they have the package for pickup. It is common for USPS to keep packages if they do not fit in the mailbox or if there is no secure location for delivery. We also suggest inquiring with your neighbors to see if they received the package. Unfortunately, we only have access to as much information that is available on the tracking page.  The most we can do is file a case. We apologize for any inconvenience in this regard.

V. Damages

Choice Music LA (www.choicemusicla.com)is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
